The graphite electric heater has become an indispensable part in the current thermal field structure of single crystal furnace. The final reason is that the excellent characteristics of the graphite electric heater: tubular graphite heat exchanger
1) Conductivity, thermal conductivity: the conductivity of graphite is 100 times higher than that of ordinary mining enterprises. The thermal conductivity is superior to that of steel, iron, lead and other metal composites. The heat transfer coefficient decreases with the increase of temperature, even at very high temperatures, graphite becomes a heat insulator;
2) Lubricity: the lubricating performance of graphite depends on the size of the graphite material. The larger the raw material, the smaller the friction resistance, and the better the lubricating performance;
3) Organic chemical reliability: graphite has excellent organic chemical reliability at room temperature, and can resist acid, alkali and solvent corrosion;
4) Ductility: Graphite has good ductility, and can become too thin sheet;
5) Heat shock resistance: graphite shall withstand the strong temperature change without being damaged when applied at normal temperature. When the temperature changes suddenly, the volume change of graphite is not large and it is not easy to cause cracks.
