In the hydrochloric acid production industry, a graphite absorber and a negative pressure device can be used to design a simple Z process flow. Compared with similar products, block hole graphite heat exchanger has the following advantages.
One is to optimize the process flow. The use of graphite absorber can correspondingly reduce the leakage point of hydrogen chloride gas, which is relatively simple for operation. During the use of the combined equipment, the external pipeline from the falling film section to the packing section can be avoided. There are only two operation points for the control of each absorption line, so the absorption can be quickly started.
Another is to reduce investment in capital construction. In the case of the same absorption capacity, the combined use of graphite absorbers may be slightly higher than that of a single one, but from the perspective of plant construction, each absorption line will use one less equipment, which can save one floor of design.
The combined mode of using graphite absorber can reduce the operating cost. Because the filler of the combiner is adiabatic absorption, there is no design of cooling circulating water in the staged absorption, so the consumption of circulating cold water can be reduced.
The graphite absorber can be used in combination, which can be divided into upper and lower sections. One section is for packing absorption, and the other section is for falling film absorption. In the upper half, the absorption solution can be used for spraying to absorb hydrogen chloride gas from the bottom to the top to form hydrochloric acid solution. The lower half can be absorbed by steel clips, remove heat in time, and absorb most of hydrogen chloride, thus forming hydrochloric acid solution of a certain concentration.
