石墨衬里简介

由于石墨重量轻，仅为耐酸陶瓷砖板的0.6- -0.7倍，导热性能优良，其导热系数比不锈钢大4倍，比碳钢大3- 3.5倍，比陶瓷村料大100倍。因此，在传热设备的防腐措施中，采用石墨砖板衬里就能得到理想的效果。衬里设备使用压力一般不超过6x 10'Pa,真空下操作可达9.87 x 10'Pa，对于酚醛树脂胶泥，Z高使用温度不超过150C。
