When disassembling various parts of the graphite heat exchanger, the first thing to be solved is the bolts for connection. Attention should be paid to avoid violent disassembly of the bolt parts with hammering or other destructive tools. Of course, cutting and other methods are not allowed.
During the hoisting and handling of graphite heat exchanger and other parts, attention shall be paid to avoid collision as much as possible to avoid damage to the equipment.
Before disassembly, carefully observe whether all parts, such as tube sheet and graphite block, are damaged and whether there is any sign of leakage inside the graphite heat exchanger. Z The hydraulic test shall be carried out, and the equipment can be put into use only when it is confirmed that each component of the equipment has no sign of leakage.
For the cleaning of graphite heat exchanger, chemical cleaning can be used. Before cleaning, it should be confirmed that the surface of the equipment is in a clean state, without obvious defects, and there should be a passive protective film on the surface. Parts shall be inspected one by one. If the defect is serious, necessary replacement shall be carried out before cleaning.
Pressure test shall be carried out for graphite heat exchanger to find out whether there is any leakage. If there is any leakage, chemical cleaning can be carried out only after plugging. The cleaning medium shall be added to ensure that it is full of the whole equipment, and no dead space is allowed.
